I subscribe to the idea of "spirit of place". Physical spaces collect energies - you can often feel a change in energy when you enter a particular space, or go from one room in a house to another. I've been gifted a keen sense that helps me discern what might be trapped in a space - be it energetic cobwebs or irritable spirits.
Using a variety of techniques, I can clear a space and sanctify it. A great time to call me is when you are moving to a new place. You might want to clear away what's settled in your old space, cleaning it for the next occupant. You may also wish to clear your next place, to help you start off with a clean slate.
