"Guided by a Star" Intuitive Life Coaching

Creativity is spirituality at play.

Lots of folks call themselves "intuitive coaches", but what in tarnation does that mean?  Are we talking "spirituality coaching"? Or "creativity coaching"? 

Yes.

Allow me to extrapolate: 

I'm not talking about any specific religion or dogma, I'm talking about creative flow, the thing that so often eludes us, but, oh man, when we connect to it, the sky is bluer, flowers smell more vibrant -  it's almost psychedelic, but you can feel it (and, no, I won't be summoning up the spirit of Timothy Leary) It's that jubilant spark you often see in actors (think of Gilda Radner throwing herself full force into her characters, like Judy Miller and Roseanne Rosannadanna on vintage SNL sketches), or artists (ever watch footage of Jackson Pollock simulataneously romancing and attacking a canvas with splatters of paint?). But it's not reserved for the famous - it's available to all of us, once we allow ourselves to quiet down, disconnect, and then reconnect with that flow. And the little winding road there is different for each of us.

Jubilant Spark in action

I find most often that people who are creatively stuck are also spiritually frustrated or lost. It's a scary place to be, in this world of ours. And the energies surrounding us seem to be at odds, competing, swirling, confusing so many of us these days. A coach can help you sort through feelings, get clear and grounded about your journey, and help you focus your Light to create even more Light in the world, more flow, more play.

I work with a variety of creativity-releasing modalities, from tarot imagery and astrology, to grounding and meditation techniques, to help you arrive at your center and create peace for yourself and others who come within your energy ripples. I also help you get at the core of what may be draining you energetically and work to help remove energies that may be holding you back, keeping you from feeling flow. And that's what I call "intuitive coaching".

My Approach: Utilizing the tools I acquired by studying with CTI (graduated 2013), I help you craft a plan to reach for the stars. The other part of my approach reaches for your actual stars, utilizing astrology and the tarot, to fully compliment the coaching process. If you are not familiar with these spiritual belief systems, or would rather they not be a part of our coaching journey together, that's absolutely fine - but the layers of wisdom they can bring to the process can be revelatory.

Coaching Package:

A three-month commitment is required for a thorough coaching experience, where we develop a personalized, detailed map of practices for you to follow. Each month is $200 for three, 40-minute sessions, for a total of $600 (which includes a copy of your natal astrological chart and a tarot reading tailored to your goals, if you choose) If you're located in the Greater Chicagoland area, we can meet in-person for an additional $20 per session.  Payment is easy through Paypal, credit card, check or cash. Payment plans are available.

40-Minute Spirit Exploration: What's weighing heavily on you spiritually? In a 40-minute single session, we can pinpoint energy blocks and limiting beliefs and actions and set you on a course of action with simple techniques to help you ground and center. $50

The Inner Light: I've been meditating for over 20 years, having studied a number of meditation modalities.  I fully believe anyone can meditate, even those who feel they are vexed by the ever-popular "monkey mind".  Allow me to coach you through a basic mantra-style meditation practice, to help quiet that monkey's chatter!  $125 for two-hours' worth of meditation instruction, a calming mantra, and simple materials to take along with you for self-study.  Chicago-area only.
